About Glow & Keep

Glow & Keep is a small online shop for Christmas decor and keepsakes. We are operated by ACMG LLC, a Wyoming company, and we sell to customers across the contiguous United States.

What we sell

A short list of things made to glow, to hang and to give: the Keepsake Orb video ornament, Santa's Glow Ladder, the Glow Branch Garland Kit, the Christmas Tree Train, the Tree Pet Cave and the Heated Holiday Wrap.

How we work

• We show each product the way it ships: its size, what is in the box and how it is used.
• Every product page tells you when it ships and when it should arrive. Some items ship from US stock. Others ship from overseas warehouses and take longer.
• If something is late, we email you with a new date and a way to cancel for a full refund.
• If something arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo and we make it right.

Talk to us

We are email-only, so every message goes straight to a real inbox. Write to [email protected] and include your order number if you have one.
