Glow & Keep is operated by ACMG LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email, shipping address, items ordered, order total and any gift message you type.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive the last four digits of your card, the card brand and payment status. We never see your full card number.
- Email sign-ups: your email address when you ask for our 10% off first-order code or sign up for Black Friday early access, and whether you agreed to marketing emails.
- Messages: what you write in our contact form or in emails to us.
- Device and usage data: pages viewed, items added to your cart, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type. We collect this with cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To take and ship your orders, send order updates, and answer your questions
- To send the discount code you asked for, and marketing emails if you agreed
- To measure and improve our ads and our site
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties
Who we share it with
We share only what each company needs to do its job:

We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and ads
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember if you have seen our sign-up pop-up, and measure ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We keep email sign-ups until you unsubscribe. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected]. We may need to keep some order records by law.
California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Our use of the Meta Pixel can count as sharing under California law. To opt out, email us with the subject "Do Not Share". We do not knowingly sell the personal information of anyone under 16.
Children
Our site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
