30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered:

1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
2. Attach a clear photo of the item and the box.
3. We send a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

You do not need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, we send it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Refunds cover the price of the item. If you used a promotion code, the refund is the amount you paid.
