These terms apply when you use glowandkeep.com or buy from Glow & Keep. Glow & Keep is operated by ACMG LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and have a shipping address in the contiguous 48 United States.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We email an order confirmation after your payment goes through. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the price was listed in error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices and pricing errors

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping. If a product is listed at a wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you, or offer you the chance to buy at the correct price.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

One-click add-on after checkout

After you pay, we may show you one special offer on the next page. If you accept it, you allow Glow & Keep to charge the payment method you just used for that item. This matches the note shown at checkout: "By completing your purchase, you allow Glow & Keep to charge this payment method for any one-click add-on you accept on the next page." The offer has a time limit. If you do not accept, nothing is charged.

Promotion codes

The 10% off first-order code we give for signing up with your email works once, for one customer, on single-item purchases only. It is not valid on bundles. That means 2-packs and 3-packs of the Keepsake Orb and the gift sets. Codes cannot be combined with other codes and have no cash value.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Warranty are part of these terms.

Product use and safety

Use products as the product page and any instructions describe. Keep plugs, adapters and power sources dry and follow the instructions that come in the box. Small parts and batteries should be kept away from young children.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in effect when you placed them.
