Every product from Glow & Keep, sold by ACMG LLC, comes with a 90-day limited warranty against defects.
What it covers
If your product stops working or has a defect in materials or workmanship within 90 days of delivery, we will replace it or refund you. You choose.
What it does not cover
- Damage from drops, water, misuse, or taking the product apart
- Normal wear and tear
- Products used in a way the product page or the instructions do not describe
How to make a claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number.
- Tell us what is wrong and attach a photo or short video.
- We reply with your replacement or refund. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary by state.
