Hang the ladder from the hook at the top on your gutter, eave, roofline or porch ceiling. It hangs straight down. It is not made to lean against a wall.

No. Santa is a soft figure that sits on the ladder. He does not move.
How do I change the light mode?
Press the button on the adapter's control box. Each short press moves to the next of the 8 modes.
How do I set the timer?
Press and hold the control button for 3 seconds until the green light comes on.
Can I use it outside?
Use it in covered spots like a porch or under an eave, and keep the adapter and plug dry.
